Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when using FICRU, including:

• Bank or credit card statements uploaded as PDF, CSV, or Excel files
• QuickBooks exports and other financial spreadsheets
• Business contact, account, billing, session, and usage information

How We Use Information

• Parse, organize, and categorize uploaded transaction data
• Generate financial statements, dashboards, and reports
• Support bookkeeping and advisory workflows
• Operate, secure, and maintain customer accounts and billing

We do not sell financial data or use it for advertising.

Data Security

FICRU uses HTTPS/TLS, hashed passwords, restricted file access, session controls, rate limiting, authentication protections, and encrypted backups. FICRU does not request or store bank usernames, passwords, or MFA codes.

Retention and Deletion

We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your uploaded data or account information by contacting us.

Service Providers

We may use infrastructure, payment, email, analytics, and security providers to operate FICRU. They receive only the information necessary to perform their services and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.

Professional Scope

FICRU provides financial organization, reporting, bookkeeping support, and advisory analysis. It does not provide CPA, audit, assurance, legal, tax preparation, or tax filing services.
